Department of General Medicine

The department of Medicine is functioning in two large hospitals attached to JJM Medical College i.e. Bapuji Hospital and Chigateri District Hospital. The department is well supported by various specialties – Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology, Pulmonology and Gastroenterology. The department has the credit of producing more than 350 world class physicians and medicine teachers who are excelling in their duties across the globe.

J.J.M Medical College, Davangere established on 1965 Davangere with aim for training healthcare propose to serve society to reach every possible aspects of society to provide quality of care.

J.J.M Medical College consists of a medical college with 1930 beds for all services including Medical, Surgical & Super specialty branches.

The College has been attached to C.G. Hospital & Women and Child Health Hospital for serving the Poor, Catering 4 District around Davangere.
